The deadlines are estimated from the moment the package is shipped and may vary depending on the courier's conditions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of placing. After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
Shipping Cost
Delivery is free for all orders of at least €150.
For orders under €150, the delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the destination.
Express Delivery
Express delivery option is available. The cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.
Pack
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no visible indication of the contents. Orders over 150€ include the gift packaging — the Envie By Nica signature case.
Absence at Delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to set a new delivery date or to identify a person who can receive the package in your place.
Package Tracking
After shipping your order, you will receive a tracking number by email with which you can track the delivery status in real time.
