2. The object
These general conditions of sale (GCV) regulate the contractual relationship between Envie By Nica and any natural or legal person (referred to as "Customer") who makes a purchase on the website www.enviebynica.com .
Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
3. Access conditions
The site is accessible to anyone with internet access. Placing an order is reserved exclusively for persons at least 18 years of age.
4. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the site at the time of consultation. The photos and product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity due to differences in screen display.
Envie By Nica reserves the right to modify the product range at any time, without notice.
5. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and do not include VAT (VAT not applicable according to art. 293 B CGI). The cost of delivery is added to the price of the products and is calculated automatically upon completion of the order, depending on the destination. Delivery is free for orders of at least €150 .
Envie By Nica reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed on the site at the time of placing the order.
6. Order
The customer places the order online on the website www.enviebynica.com . After completing the order, the customer receives a confirmation email confirming the registration of the order.
The order can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, the order is processed and cannot be modified.
7. Payment
Payment is made exclusively online, through the secure platforms Stripe or PayPal . Bank cards are accepted. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
The order is validated after payment confirmation.
8. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 business day of placement. Estimated delivery times are:
France: 2 business days
Europe: 3–4 business days
United Kingdom: 3–4 business days
Republic of Moldova: 4–5 business days
Russia: 7–10 business days
The deadlines are estimated from the time of shipment and may vary depending on the courier's conditions. Envie By Nica cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service or force majeure circumstances.
After shipping, the customer receives a tracking number by email.
9. Right of withdrawal
According to French and European law, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need to justify the reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the intention to withdraw by email to info@enviebynica.com or enviebynica@gmail.com within 14 days.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and accessories intact.
Exceptions: Products sealed for hygienic reasons (panties, thongs, bodysuits) can only be returned if the hygienic seal (adhesive film) is intact. If the seal has been broken or removed, the return is not accepted.
Return costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the order.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from receipt of the product. In the event of a non-conforming product, the customer has the right to replacement, repair, price reduction or full refund.
11. Forță majoră
Envie By Nica cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delayed performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, social conflicts, government decisions, interruptions of courier services or payment platforms.
12. Intellectual property
All elements present on the website www.enviebynica.com — including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, logo, the Ouroboros symbol, the name "Envie By Nica" and the design of the products — are the exclusive property of Envie By Nica and are protected by French and international intellectual property legislation.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use of these elements, in part or in full, without the prior written consent of Envie By Nica is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
13. Newsletter
Subscription to the Envie By Nica newsletter is voluntary. The customer can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link present in each email or by contacting customer service.
14. Protecția datelor personale

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Créteil, France.
