Envie By Nica was founded in 2021 by Schimbător Nicoleta, the author of the idea and the designer of the brand. The technical basis for creating the products is the higher education in the design, technology and design of fabric garments, graduated by Schimbător Nicoleta between 2019–2023. The founder's work experience as a seamstress at international factories such as Christian Dior and Ionel gives each Envie By Nica product a superior level of quality and attention to detail. On March 8, 2026, the brand first appeared on social networks. Envie By Nica is a French brand exclusively online, with international delivery.

Symbol

At the heart of the Envie By Nica brand is a symbol that has endured for millennia: Ouroboros.

Far from being just an aesthetic element, this sacred circle-shaped snake carries with it the wisdom of ancient civilizations and the essence of rediscovered femininity.

Originating in Ancient Egypt, where it was first discovered in the tomb of Tutankhamun, the Ouroboros represented the union of the sun and eternity, the endless cycle of time and the Universe. Since some ancient texts speak of it as a serpent of light dwelling in heaven, it is now believed that its image is inspired by the circular shape of our galaxy (the Milky Way).

At the same time, for the ancient Egyptians, this sacred symbol was associated with the spiritual union between the sun god Ra and the god of death Osiris, thus acquiring a dual spiritual valence — both light and dark.

That is why in some representations, Ouroboros is half light, half dark, evoking, like Yin and Yang, the duality of nature and all things, but also that the opposing forces are not in conflict, but rather harmonize and complement each other.

Often, the Ouroboros can also be a metaphor for self-reflection, meditation, and self-analysis. It suggests the recreation of the self, the constant return and renewal.

Slogan inspired by the brand symbol Ouroboros, it conveys the idea that every cycle — of nature, of the moon, of women — contains both an end and a beginning. The two are not mutually exclusive, but complement each other, forming a whole. From this natural duality was born the slogan of the Envie By Nica brand.
"It's time to come
